Maintaining the security of your login credentials
All activity under your account
Ensuring any data uploaded complies with applicable laws
4. Payment & Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Services are billed monthly or annually
All payments are non-refundable
Late or missed payments may result in account suspension
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the platform to send spam or violate any anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
Collect or upload sensitive personal information (e.g., SSNs, medical data)
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
6. Third-Party Services
The CRM platform is powered by Go High Level (GHL). Your use of the system is subject to their infrastructure and terms. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or limitations caused by GHL or its integrations.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Breach these terms
Fail to pay
Misuse the platform
You may cancel anytime by contacting us in writing. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages
Platform outages or integration issues
Actions taken by third-party vendors or platforms
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
